Top 10 Artists of CHH: #10 Propaganda

We kick off our Top 10 artists of CHH with Propaganda. Jason Emmanuel Petty, or Propaganda, has 4 independent records under his belt, as well as a collaborative record with Odd Thomas, his most recent record, Crimson Cord, came out in 2014. Propaganda blends components of spoken word and rap to create his unique style. Propaganda has an excellent understanding of the bible, and is constantly challenging social and even church norms with his raps. It’s nearly impossible to get through a full Propaganda album without having your perspective challenged, and that’s why he comes in at Number 10. Check back tomorrow for our Number 9 artist!

We believe that CHH as a whole hasn’t hit its full potential and struggles with following the rest of the Rap industry instead of using the Originality that God has given to us, so our goal is to highlight the trailblazers of the industry and push the status quo.
