In an interview with rapzilla last year Serge expressed what we belive about Christian Hip Hop with this quote,

“I think they’re [whack rappers] actually doing a disservice to [Christians], and I think that’s how we got the whole Christian-rap-is-corny thing — because of [artists] doing it, putting the name Jesus in it, but, as far as the craft, there is no gift from God, I believe.”

Serge backs up his statement with his lyrical fire and production. He showcases real talent only prohibited by his lack of quality resources.
